I thought this book was very good especially towards the end. It was so cool how Zoey and her friends sent Kalona and Neferet away hopefully for good. I am looking forward to seeing what happens with her and her boy issues in the next book. I don't want to give to much away. This book is recommended for older teens and adults.

The Adventures of Sondra sue Hugaboom

The Adentures of Sondra Hugaboom by Dean Sylvia. This was a manuscript that one of my coworkers' husband wrote and it is really good. It's about this little girl named Sondra who goes into a different land with her stuffed toy who turns out to be a King of the Unicorns and on the way she encounters many dangers and meets different creatures. This book is geared for younger children but anyone can read it. It is also like Harry Potter in the sense that it has wizards and magic in it. Overall I would give this manuscript 4 **** and I would buy it when it came out but I don't think i would spend more than $10.00 on it. Being a manuscript I noticed some spelling errors and grammatical errors in general but that should be taken care of once he gets it published. He did all of the drawings too so he is very creative.

This is a five star book because it is so much better than the last one and I just loved this book. It had everything I like and the imagination of this mother-daughter duo is amazing. I like the fact that there wasn't to many bad words. I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens to zoey and her friends.

Cute saying

A friend of mine on one of my groups put this up and I loved it so I am going to post it here. It is based on YA books but I still like it.

10. Books don't get caught in braces
9. Unlike gym, you don't have to shower afterwards
8. Reading won't cause pimples
7. It'll help you forget what they serve in the cafeteria
6. Magazines don't 'crash'
5. Graphic novels look good with whatever you're wearing
4. It's cheaper than a new video game
3. You can drown out your parent's cheesy music listening to an audiobook
2. You'll learn words even your teachers don't know
1. It'll confuse your parents

I finished this book last night and I thought it was good. However I hate it when books get moving and exciting towards the end and that is what happened in this book. This book and series is definitley for teens over the age of 18 and adults because of the sexual situations that Zoey finds herself in. She goes from having not just one boyfriend but three and a close group of friends to no boyfriends and no friends. I do feel bad for her and I hope that she can get her friends back but for God's sake just choose one boyfriend next time. Loren the poet vampyre was her boyfriend but he was actually Neferet's Lover and basically using Zoey to isolate her which Neferet accomplished. I hope that zoey can find a way to bring Neferet who is the High Priestess down because she is truly evil. Now the only friends that zoey has are Aphrodite who is unmarked and Stevie Rae who is undead and she is marked thanks to Nyx the goddess of Night who took Aphrodite's mark and gave it to Stevie Rae. With all of that said I give this book **** stars. I reccomend this series to anyone who likes vampyres, gods, goddessess, etc.

It's that time again for me to review the 2nd book in the House of Night series. This book was actually good and it held my interest through the whole book. There were some sad parts that I don't want to give away but I will say this the betrayal that happened to Zoey was upsetting even to me. I just have one question how many boyfriends does this girl need? I can't wait to get started on the third book and see what happens. Overall I am giving this book ***** stars.

First I just want to say that I love the whole Twilight series and I am sad to see it end. This book was awesome and had me hooked from start to finish. I don't want to go into to much detail here because I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read the books or who are reading them. I do want to say though thanks to all of the talk about this series at work I became a fan of this book and I am defintley on Team Edward. I never thought I would like vampire books and this is my first vampire book that I have ever read and I don't think it will be the last. Bottom line I absolutley loved this book and the whole series and I hate to see it end. Good job Mrs. Meyer for creating such wonderful and unforgettable characters. ***** Stars

I thought this books was by far the best one in the series. Can't wait to read the last book. It had a lot of action and Edward was in it more. I don't want to say to much because I don't want to give anything away but this is one of those books that deserve a 5 star rating. All of the books in the twilgiht series deserve a 5 star rating IMHO. ***** Stars

New Moon Review

***** stars = excellent
****stars= good

**spoiler alert** I loved this book. The first couple of chapters up to chapter 10 was very depressing and I felt so bad for Bella but when Alice came back to tell her about Edward it got a lot better. I liked Jacob in the beginning because he was the one who was there for her and he was the one who helped her build the motorcycle and when she jumped off the cliff he was the one who found her but at the end I didn't like him because he gave the motorcycle back knowing full well that Charlie will find it and ground her even more. The most surprising part of this book was when Edward asked Bella to marry him and I am thinking to myself do it Bella. I don't blame her for wanting to become a vampire if it means being with Edward her whole life and I can't wait to start reading the third one now. There is so many questions that needs to be answered and I really hope that Mrs. Meyer will answer all of them. I highly recommend this series to everyone who loves romance. I can't believe that it took me only a month for me to read this book, it is that good. ***** Stars
